We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within one business day. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.Items that are out of stock may take slightly longer and you will be notified if a delay is expected. Back ordered items ship via standard ground delivery. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping notification via the email address you used when placing your order. For your protection, all orders are subject to review including credit card authorization and verification.
We ship international orders via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Shipments are usually delivered in 3-6 weeks.
When placing an order with us you are responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the recipient’s country. The recipient is responsible for any additional customs clearance charges as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what these charges may be. Return & Exchange Policy
It is important to us that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly give you a refund or exchange the item for another. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that are unworn and unwashed. Refunds will be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that was used when you placed your order minus the shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You are responsible for the shipping costs when sending back an item for exchange.
Once we receive your item we will commence processing your refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
